Privacy Policy

1. Client privacy is a priority at Bare Koncept Media. No client information will be released unless required by applicable law. Less sensitive information, including web-site address or project details may be released for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.
2. My web server does not log any information about visitors and only collects information submitted on the contact page for the purpose assisting potential clients or users.
3. This website does not set any cookies
4. I do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Terms of Service (Contract)*

1. I will have read and agreed to this entire document before engageing in any kind of transaction with Bare Koncept.
2. I will have reviewed and accepted estimates concering potential projects before commiting to engage Bare Koncept in them.
3. I accept any estimates concerning a potential project to be only an estimate and therefore accept the fact that the cost of the project may be increased or deprecated depending on unexpeted costs incurred, or expected costs not incurred as well as the inclusion of rush fees and client additions to the project.
4. I understand that any estimates provided are valid on a case by case basis only and can only be used by the client submiting the project. The estimates are void when the transaction is complete.
5. I will pay Bare Koncept 50% of the initial estimate up front, then will pay the remaining costs within thirty (30) days of when the work has been completed. I understand that failure to do is stealing and appropriate measures will be taken. I also understand that ownership of any work produced by Bare Koncept is not mine until I have paid in full.
6. I understand that all rights to documents involved in the transaction will be mine after paying in full, but that Bare Koncept reserves the right to display them on barekoncept.com for promotional purposes.
7. I understand that Bare Koncept shall not be held responsible for any damage or law-suits caused by materials involved in the transaction and therefore shall not be held liable.
8. I understand that there is a ten (10) revision maximum for every project (see below for definition). Over that limit, the client shall be charged an extra 10% for each revision which shall be payed up front along with the remainder of the money owed for the project.
9. I understand what constitutes a revision: a revision occurs when a significent portion (over or around 30%) of the project is revised or added in accordance with client specifications. The original submision is considered a revision.
10. I understand that alterations to the original, submited project may incurr additional costs at the descression of Bare Koncept Media.
11. I understand that before receiving the final product, the client must pay in full including any extra costs. The client is then required to 'sign off' on the project, thereby signifying the completion of the transaction.
12. I understand that the client is responsible for all costs of the project. Including, but not limited to; and if applicable, printing fees and website hosting. Bare Koncept shall not be held responsible for third party errors such as shipping errors, printer overruns or underruns and any costs associated.
13. I understand that should the client cancel, Bare Koncept keeps the initial deposit and the client is obligated to pay a percentage of the remaining money owed equal to the percentage of the project completed as decided by Bare Koncept.
